Jumbies Giveaway

Jumbies!! Have you heard of them?? They are the cutest, mixed up stuffed animals I have ever seen. Jumbies come from JumbieLand and they have crazy names like Blabbit, Mallit and Mooscow, just to name a few.

There are so many Jumbies to choose from! We received 3 Jumbies to review. They are the following Jumbies. My two older kiddos loved them and I gave one to my BFF's daughter to try and she loves her Camelot!!

Each Jumbie comes with a book about how the Jumbie's came to be. They also have a DOJ, Date of Jumble. You can also go online and play in Jumbieland. My daughter was playing games in Jumbieland before we ever received the Jumbies, she just loves playing the games online!!

Mabel's Labels Giveaway

I don't know about you, but my kids are always losing their stuff at school, church, and sporting events. I have tried to label their water bottles and sippy's with permanent marker, but permanent it was not!!

I DID IT!!!!

I have been running this Couch to 5K program for the last 9.3 weeks. This week my friend and I completed the program, all 9.3 weeks of it. Boy, was it hard. And today was the day I actually hit the 5k mark, 3.1 miles! Yeah, there were a few stops here and there, but I did it!! The time is atrocious, but that will get better!!

You can check out the whole program at the Couch to 5k site. It totally helps to have a friend running with you and cheering (or laughing) you on. Our next goal is a 5K race, hopefully soon. I have to convince the BFF, she isn't quite sold on it yet. But, I told her there are cool t-shirts involved. We will see??

I have my cool app on my iPhone that lets me know when to run and when to walk (or fall down!!). I love, love, love this app.

Then I came home from the Y and the "Princess" and I baked some banana nut bread. Glad I ran this morning :)

Mom 2 Mom Sale

Today, my friend and I (and my daughter too) went to a Mom to Mom Sale to sell our goods. For those of you who unfortunately live in an area without these types of sales, you are missing out!! I will explain. A Mom to Mom Sale is a sale of all things kids. That is clothes, toys, shoes, outerwear, bedding, books, any and everything related to bringing up your kiddos. I forgot, there is also: strollers, cribs, car seats, play equipments, big toys, jumpers, carriers and the like.

This is a view of where we were selling our stuff today.

I bought this for $7 (from Lianne)!!

The is the Big Ticket Room. Strollers, high chairs, swings, toys and everything else in between was in there.

Abbi made her very own homemade crayons. She sold quite a few.

We are on to our next Mom to Mom sale next weekend, since this one was pretty blah!! Next week should be better and Abbi is going to be making more crayons. Have a great weekend.

I HEART Couponing :)

Last night was another Couponing nite with my CB (coupon buddy). We hit the sales....hard!! Couponing has become a way of life for me and my family over the past year. Boy, have we been reaping the benefits and a whole lot of savings!!

My total savings at Meijer. Almost as much as I spent. My OOP was $82 for that trip.

Rite Aid is paying me $4 for all these products. And that is the big coffee by Folgers!!

I got these little 15 piece Mentos gum at Meijer for free with my coupons.

It was a great coupon night with lots of laughs and great deals.
