I have been running this Couch to 5K program for the last 4 weeks. This week my friend and I started week 5, and it is a bum-kicker!!
I have my cool app on my iPhone that lets me know when to run and when to walk (or fall down!!). I love, love, love this app.
I am loving these shoes!! I have plantar fascitis and they are so helping with my foot pain. I could run for 5 minutes increments times 3 with no residual foot pain after. Too cool.
