Our Christmas Morning

Just wanted to share a few pictures of our Christmas morning. We have had a whole lot of pukers in my house, so it has been crazy. I forgot to take any pics of the kids in their Christmas outfits before church. Abbi had to be at church at 4:30 and service was at 6:00, and she was in her pj's for the Christmas play. So, in all the hustle and bustle, no Christmas pics of kids or her play!!

Abbi did a great job in the Christmas play at church on Christmas Eve. They had a goat on stage to be part of the manger scene. At one point, me and my BFF noticed the manger kids covering their face in disgust from something the goat was emitting. It was hilarious. Very cute play with a great message.

The kids didn't wake up until 10:00 am on Christmas morning, they must be sick!! We read out of Luke and the birth of Jesus and lit the last of our Advent candles. I made some coffee and we ate some homemade poppy seed cake and the kids opened their gifts. We sat in our jammies all day and had a wonderful turkey dinner courtesy of my husband. It was an awesome Christmas despite all the sickies.
